Let's build something worth living in
I'm Tien, and KT Home Renovation is my hands-on approach to remodeling homes across Toronto with honest work and real craftsmanship.
HOW WE WORK
What does honest renovation actually look like?
It means a clear plan, an honest price, and workmanship you can check at every stage. That's the standard we bring to every Toronto home.
01
Straight talk from day one
We tell you what a job really costs, and what it doesn't need, before work starts.
02
Quality you can see and touch
Clean cuts, straight lines, solid materials. We treat your home like it's our own.
03
One person, one point of contact
You deal with Tien directly, from the first call to the final walkthrough. No runaround.
04
Dedicated to the finish line
We see the job through to the last detail, not just until the big pieces are done.

Client Stories
9 out of 10 clients refer us to friends
Tien gave us a straight answer on cost before a single hammer swung. The kitchen came in on budget, on time, and exactly as promised.
Sarah Mitchell
Homeowner, Leslieville
Every question I sent got a reply the same day. Rare these days. The basement reno was finished in three weeks, just like the plan said.
James Okafor
Homeowner, Etobicoke
Tien walked us through every phase of the bathroom remodel. If something changed, he told us first. That honesty earned our trust.
Mei-Ling Chan
Homeowner, Scarborough
He treated our old Toronto home like his own. Original plaster handled with care, and the new layout just works. We’ve already booked him again.
