Tien walked us through every step before work began. The kitchen came out exactly as promised, and the price never moved.

We got a clear plan on day one and a final walkthrough that matched it. The bathroom looks great, and the timeline was honest from the start.

One person handled everything from the first call to the last coat of paint. No disappearing act, no subcontractor chaos. Just straight answers and solid work.

Tien flagged a structural issue during the quote that two other contractors missed. Fixed it properly and still came in on budget. That's why we hired him.
